Has Dundas recreated Dundas Chart for 2008 RS such that we again have a fork between the charting internal to RS2008 and the charting direct from Dundas for 2008 RS? I thought Microsoft was trying to avoid this fork situation by buying the technology to incorporate into RS2008. Now it looks like I have to figure out what the differences are again btw the direct version and the integrated version. Any thoughts?
Microsoft acquired only the visualization technology, not Dundas. Dundas is currently working on their next SSRS chart release so there is a fork and the native and Dundas chart could run SxS. I am not aware of any comparison document at the moment.
